Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Grilled Asparagus

Rosemary Blue Cheese Butter

Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Season the Steak

Rub the prime ribeye steak with olive oil, salt, and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Preheat a grill or skillet over high heat. Sear the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time for desired doneness.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  1. 3

    Boil the Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into quarters. Place them in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. 4

    Prepare the Garlic

While the potatoes are boiling, peel and lightly crush the garlic cloves. Add them to the pot during the last 5 minutes of boiling.

  3. 5

    Mash the Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and garlic, return to the pot, and add butter, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.

Grilled Asparagus

  1. 6

    Prepare the Asparagus

Wash and trim the tough ends of the asparagus. Toss with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 7

    Grill the Asparagus

Grill the asparagus over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and slightly charred.

Rosemary Blue Cheese Butter

  1. 8

    Make the Butter

In a bowl, combine softened butter, crumbled blue cheese, chopped rosemary, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.

  2. 9

    Chill the Butter

Scoop the mixture onto parchment paper, roll it into a log shape, and refrigerate until firm.

Chimichurri

  1. 10

    Prepare the Ingredients

Finely chop the parsley, cilantro, and garlic cloves.

  2. 11

    Combine the Ingredients

In a bowl, mix the chopped herbs with red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
