Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Ahi Tuna

Season the Ahi tuna steaks with salt, pepper, and sesame seeds. For blackening, coat with your preferred blackening seasoning.

2

Sear or Blacken the Tuna

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the tuna for about 1-2 minutes on each side for rare, or longer for desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest.

3

Prepare the Salad

In a large bowl, combine spring mix, shredded carrots, sliced red onion, halved cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese.

4

Dress the Salad

Drizzle with sesame dressing and toss gently to combine.

5

Plate the Salad

Slice the seared Ahi tuna and place it on top of the dressed salad. Garnish with wasabi, fresh pickled ginger, and crispy rice noodles.

6

Serve

Serve with a choice of potato roll or sourdough bread.
