Directions

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with flour to prevent sticking.

2

Melt the Chocolate and Butter

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine unsalted butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.

3

Combine Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, eggs, egg yolks, vanilla extract, and salt. Slowly add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, stirring until combined.

4

Fill Ramekins

Pour the batter evenly into the prepared ramekins, filling each about 3/4 full.

5

Bake

Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.

6

Serve

Let the cakes cool for 1 minute, then carefully invert each ramekin onto a plate. Serve immediately with a scoop of ice cream on top.
