Big Breakfast Bliss

Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Set aside.

Prepare Potatoes

Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.

Cook Bacon

In the same skillet, cook the sausages until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Cook Sausages

In the same skillet, add the hash browns and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

Cook Hash Browns

Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness (sunny side up, scrambled, etc.).

Cook Eggs

In a separate bowl, mix the pancake mix with water until just combined. Heat a griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tbs of butter. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.

Make Pancakes

Repeat with remaining batter, adding more butter to the skillet as needed.

Finish Pancakes

Serve the bacon, sausages, eggs, hash browns, and pancakes together on a plate. Top pancakes with butter and syrup if desired.
