Cooking Instructions
- 1
Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine chicken breast strips with Italian dressing. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 2
Sauté Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced green bell pepper and onion. Sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 3
Cook the Chicken
Add the marinated chicken strips to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Cook for about 7-10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
- 4
Melt the Cheese
Top the chicken and vegetables with provolone and pepper jack cheese slices. Cover the skillet and let the cheese melt for about 2-3 minutes.
- 5
Assemble the Sandwiches
Slice the Italian rolls in half and fill each with the chicken and vegetable mixture. Serve warm.
