Prepare the Glass
Start by placing a few ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass to chill it.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the raw sugar and orange bitters. Muddle them together until the sugar is dissolved.

Add the Tequila
Pour in the Herradura Blanco tequila and stir gently to combine the ingredients.

Strain and Serve
Discard the ice from the old-fashioned glass, then strain the tequila mixture into the glass over fresh ice.

Garnish
Twist the orange peel over the drink to release its oils, then drop it in as a garnish. Add a cherry on top for extra flair.
