Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a mixing bowl, season the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Divide the beef into 2 equal portions and shape into thin patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Place a slice of American cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

  3. 3

    Toast the Buns

While the patties are cooking, slice the brioche buns and toast them lightly on the skillet or grill until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Layer with lettuce, tomato, onion, and the cooked patty with melted cheese. Top with the other half of the bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the stack burger with your choice of sides and enjoy!
