Prepare the Fish
Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.

Make the Batter
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Gradually whisk in the beer until the batter is smooth.

Season the Batter
Divide the batter into three bowls and mix in the cajun seasoning, italian seasoning, and lemon pepper seasoning into each respective bowl.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Fish
Dip each fish fillet into the desired batter and carefully place in the hot oil. Fry for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Cook the Fries
Prepare the frozen French fries according to package instructions until they are crispy.

Serve
Plate the fried fish along with fries, macaroni salad, and coleslaw. Enjoy!
