Prep Cajun Mayo

Make Cajun Mayo
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Cajun seasoning. Mix well until fully combined. Set aside.
Cook Bacon

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Prepare Burger Patties

Form Patties
In a large bowl, mix ground beef with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Form into 4 equal-sized patties.
Cook Burgers

Cook the Patties
In the same skillet used for bacon, cook burger patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
Melt Cheese

Add Cheese
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of pepperjack cheese on each patty and cover to melt.
Assemble Burgers

Build the Burger
Toast burger buns if desired. Spread a generous amount of Cajun mayo on the bottom half of each bun. Place lettuce, a burger patty with melted cheese, crispy bacon, tomato, and onion on top. Finish with the top half of the bun.
