Method

Preparation of Marinade

  1. 1

    Mix the Marinade

In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, smoked paprika, and salt. Whisk together until well blended.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Protein

Place chicken thighs, beef brisket, and pork ribs in a large resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the proteins, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.

Grilling

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 450°F or 190°C to 230°C).

  2. 4

    Grill the Chicken

Remove chicken thighs from the marinade and shake off excess. Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  3. 5

    Grill the Beef Brisket

Remove beef brisket from the marinade and let it rest for a few minutes. Grill for 15-20 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness (medium-rare is about 135°F or 57°C).

  4. 6

    Grill the Pork Ribs

Remove pork ribs from the marinade and place them on the grill. Cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have a nice char.

Cooking the Accompaniments

  1. 7

    Grill the Corn

Wrap each corn on the cob in aluminum foil and place them on the grill during the last 15 minutes of cooking. Grill until tender.

  2. 8

Serve with Coleslaw and BBQ Sauce

Once the proteins are grilled, serve them hot with coleslaw on the side and drizzle with BBQ sauce.
