Prepare Cauliflower

Cut the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower head. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

Season the Cauliflower
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of black pepper. Set aside.
Make the Batter

Mix Batter Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 cup of cornstarch, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of paprika, 0.5 tsp of cayenne pepper, and 0.5 tsp of salt.

Add Water
Gradually add 1 cup of water to the dry ingredients while whisking until a smooth batter forms.
Fry Cauliflower

Heat Oil
In a large frying pan or deep fryer, heat 1 cup of olive oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Coat Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.

Fry Cauliflower
Carefully place the coated florets into the hot oil. Fry in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Make Signature Sauce

Mix Sauce Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of sriracha, 1 tbsp of honey, 1 tsp of sesame oil, and 2 minced garlic cloves until well combined.

Add Green Onions and Sesame Seeds
Stir in 2 sliced green onions and 1 tbsp of sesame seeds into the sauce.
Serve

Combine Cauliflower and Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the fried cauliflower with the signature sauce until evenly coated.

Plate and Serve
Serve immediately while hot, garnished with additional green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
