Coney Dog Preparation

Prepare the Chili
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add chopped onions, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef. Stir and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and cook the hot dogs for about 5 minutes or until heated through.
