Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Chop the fresh bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Mince the roasted garlic.

  2. 2

    Caramelize Onions

In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until they become soft and golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Sauté Remaining Vegetables

Add the chopped mushrooms, bell peppers, and broccoli to the skillet. Sauté for an additional 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

  4. 4

    Add Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Garlic

Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes and minced roasted garlic, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Combine with Tomato Sauce

Pour in the tomato sauce, stir well, and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add fresh basil and mix until well combined.

  6. 6

    Assemble and Bake

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the vegetable mixture to a baking dish, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top, and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. 7

    Serve

Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your Farm Fresh dish!
