Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter, allowing it to melt.

Assemble the Quesadilla
On one tortilla, sprinkle half of the cheddar and half of the Monterey Jack cheese evenly. Place the second tortilla on top.

Flip the Quesadilla
Using a spatula, carefully flip the quesadilla. Add the remaining tablespoon of butter around the edges of the quesadilla. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the second side is golden and the cheese is melted.

Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and let it cool for a minute. Slice into wedges and serve hot.

Prepare the frozen French fries according to package instructions, typically baking or frying until golden and crispy.
