1

Chill glass

Place a coupe or Nick & Nora glass in the freezer for a few minutes or fill it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail to properly chill it.

2

Measure ingredients

Measure 2 oz of Tito's Vodka or Tanqueray Gin, 0.75 oz Green Chartreuse, 0.75 oz maraschino liqueur, 0.75 oz fresh lime juice, and 0.25 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth into a mixing glass or cocktail shaker.

3

Add ice and shake

Add about 1 cup of ice to the mixing glass or shaker. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 12–18 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels very cold and properly diluted.

4

Prepare glass

If you used ice water to chill the glass, discard the ice water. If you chilled in the freezer, remove the glass now.

5

Double strain and serve

Strain the shaken cocktail through a fine-mesh strainer (and the shaker strainer) into the chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass to remove small ice shards for a silky texture.

6

Garnish

Express a lime twist over the cocktail to release oils and drop it in, or garnish with a Luxardo cherry on a pick. Serve immediately.
