Activate Yeast
In a small bowl, combine warm water and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.

In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, salt, and olive oil. Once the yeast is activated, pour it into the flour mixture.

Knead the Dough
Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- 4
Let Dough Rise
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Topping Preparation
- 5
Prepare Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt. Stir and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
