Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Meats

Season the ribeye steak and chicken breast with salt and black pepper. Drizzle olive oil over both pieces of meat.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Slice Jalapeños

Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds if you prefer less heat.

  4. 4

    Prepare Beer Cheese

In a pot, combine 1 cup of beer and 1 cup of cheese over low heat. Stir continuously until the cheese melts and the mixture is smooth.

Cooking

  1. 5

    Cook the Steak

In the same skillet used for bacon, cook the ribeye steak over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove and let rest.

  2. 6

    Cook the Chicken

In the same skillet, cook the chicken breast for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove and let rest.

  3. 7

    Grill the Jalapeños

On a grill or under a broiler, place the jalapeños cut side down and grill for about 5 minutes until charred and softened.

Assembly

  1. 8

    Assemble the Dish

On a large serving platter, place the cooked steak and chicken. Top with crispy bacon, grilled jalapeños, and generously drizzle with beer cheese. Finally, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
