Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Wings

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Arrange the Wings

Place the seasoned wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Make sure they are not touching for even cooking.

  2. 4

    Bake the Wings

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

  3. 5

    Prepare the Sauce

While the wings are baking, prepare your choice of sauce (Buffalo, BBQ, or Teriyaki) in a small bowl.

Serving

  1. 6

    Serve the Wings

Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Toss the wings in your chosen sauce before serving.

  2. 7

    Add Dipping Sauce

Serve the wings with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
