Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Arrange the Wings
Place the seasoned wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Make sure they are not touching for even cooking.

Bake the Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Prepare the Sauce
While the wings are baking, prepare your choice of sauce (Buffalo, BBQ, or Teriyaki) in a small bowl.
Serving

Serve the Wings
Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Toss the wings in your chosen sauce before serving.

Serve the wings with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
