Preparing the Burger Patty

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Mix well until combined.

Forming Patties
Form the mixture into two equal patties, each weighing approximately 8 oz.
Cooking the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove from heat and let drain on paper towels.

Slice the jalapenos into rings (remove seeds if desired).

Frying Jalapenos
In a deep skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded jalapenos until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Cooking the Burger

In the same skillet used for bacon, cook the burger patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness, or until your desired doneness is reached.
Assembling the Burger

Place the cooked burger patty on the bottom half of the bun.

Spread Boursin cheese on top of the patty.

Add crispy bacon slices on top of the cheese.

Top with fried jalapenos, lettuce, and tomato slice.
