Chop the Vegetables
Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Halve the grape tomatoes. Peel and shred the carrots. Dice the red bell pepper. Slice the green onions thinly.

Dice the deli turkey and ham into small pieces. Crumble the bleu cheese.

Bake the Croutons
Spread the seasoned bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Stir halfway through to ensure even browning.

Prepare the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Assembly

Assemble the Salad
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, shredded carrots, diced red bell pepper, and sliced green onions. Add the diced turkey, ham, and crumbled bleu cheese.

Top the salad with the homemade croutons and drizzle the prepared dressing over the top. Toss gently to combine and evenly coat the salad.
