Prepare the Salad Base

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Prepare the Romaine
Slice the romaine lettuce in half lengthwise. Brush the cut sides with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Grill the Chicken

Season the Chicken
In a bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken breasts.

Grill the Chicken
Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
