Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Grill the Chicken
Rub the chicken breasts with the olive oil mixture. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Salad Base
While the chicken is grilling, chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

Add Cheese
Grate the Parmesan cheese and sprinkle half of it over the salad mixture.
Dressing

Make the Caesar Dressing
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and the remaining Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine and Serve
Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the salad mixture. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss gently to combine. Top with the remaining Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
