Marinating the Chicken

Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well blended.

Marinate the Chicken
Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).

Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and shake off excess. Place the chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
