Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patty

In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into a patty, about 1 inch thick.

  2. 2

    Cook the Burger

Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patty for 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese and Bacon (Optional)

If using cheese and bacon, place the cheese slice on top of the patty during the last minute of cooking. Cook the bacon in a separate pan until crispy.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Fries or Chips

Wash and slice the potatoes into fries. Toss them in olive oil, salt, and any preferred seasonings. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until golden brown and crispy.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Place the cooked burger patty in the gluten-free wrap. Add crispy bacon if desired. Serve with hand-cut fries, seasoned potato chips, or cole slaw on the side.
