Prepare the Glass
Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.

Mix the Ingredients
Pour 3 tablespoons of Aperol over the ice.

Add Sparkling Wine
Add 4 oz of sparkling wine to the glass.

Add Tangerine Juice
Pour in 2 oz of fresh tangerine juice.

Top with Soda Water
Add a splash (1 oz) of soda water to the mixture.

Garnish
Garnish with a slice of tangerine on the rim of the glass.

Stir gently and serve immediately on the rocks.
