Mix the Base Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the elderflower liqueur, strawberry simple syrup, and Meyer lemon juice. Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake Well
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Top with Sparkling Wine
Strain the mixture into a chilled flute or coupe glass and carefully top with sparkling wine.
