Prepare Peach Puree
Peel and pit the fresh peaches, then chop them into smaller pieces.

In a blender, combine the chopped peaches, sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.

Mix with Sparkling Wine
In a glass, pour about 1/3 cup of the peach puree and top with sparkling wine. Stir gently to combine.
