Method
Still Water
- 1
Chill and Serve
If your MOUNTAIN VALLEY still water is not already cold, place the bottle in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours or immerse in an ice bath for 10–15 minutes until chilled.
- 2
If using ice: fill a clean highball or water glass about halfway with 4–6 ice cubes. If you prefer no ice, skip this step.

Sparkling Water
- 6
Chill and Open
Chill the sparkling bottle in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours or an ice bath for 10–15 minutes. Handle gently to avoid excessive fizzing.
- 7
If using ice: fill a clean highball or water glass about halfway with 4–6 ice cubes. To preserve fizz, you can also serve without ice.
- 8
Slowly pour 250 ml (about 1 cup) of MOUNTAIN VALLEY sparkling water down the side of the glass to preserve carbonation. For a fuller glass, pour up to 350–400 ml per glass.
- 9
Optionally, run a lime wedge around the rim, squeeze it lightly into the glass and drop it in for a bright aroma.
- 10
Serve immediately with a straw if desired. If bottles were opened and not finished, reseal and store in the refrigerator upright to keep fizz longer.
Notes
- 11
Adjust serving volumes to personal preference. Quantities above assume two 250 ml servings (one still, one sparkling) from 1 liter bottles, or multiple servings accordingly.
- 12
No additional ingredients are required — MOUNTAIN VALLEY water is intended to be enjoyed pure. Optional citrus and ice are for personal preference only.
