Tomahawk Pork Chop Preparation

Season the Pork Chops
Rub the tomahawk pork chops with salt and black pepper on both sides to season them evenly.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pork chops and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until nicely browned.

Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the skillet, and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Combine Ingredients
In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.

Simmer the Glaze
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Allow it to reduce slightly and thicken for about 5-7 minutes.

Season the Salsa
Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside for flavors to meld.

In a large bowl, combine thinly sliced fennel, julienned apple, and grated carrot.

In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
