Preparation

Tomahawk Pork Chop Preparation

1. Season the Pork Chops

Rub the tomahawk pork chops with salt and black pepper on both sides to season them evenly.

2. Sear the Pork Chops

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pork chops and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until nicely browned.

3. Cook the Pork Chops

Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the skillet, and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Honey Soy Glaze Preparation

4. Combine Ingredients

In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.

5. Simmer the Glaze

Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Allow it to reduce slightly and thicken for about 5-7 minutes.

6. Glaze the Pork Chops

Brush the honey soy glaze over the pork chops during the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Mango-Pineapple Salsa Preparation

7. Mix the Salsa Ingredients

In a bowl, combine diced mango, diced pineapple, finely chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, and lime juice.

8. Season the Salsa

Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside for flavors to meld.

Fennel-Apple Slaw Preparation

9. Prepare the Slaw Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine thinly sliced fennel, julienned apple, and grated carrot.

10. Make the Dressing
