Family Style Menu

In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic glaze, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes to meld flavors. Slice the bread and toast it until golden. Top each slice with the tomato mixture.

Prepare Bruschetta

Preheat the grill. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

Grill Chicken

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss seasonal vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for about 20-25 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.

Roast Vegetables

In a bowl, whip heavy cream to soft peaks. In another bowl, combine melted chocolate, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until well combined. Spoon into serving dishes and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
