Prepare the Ingredients
Wash and chop the zucchini and bell pepper into small bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes and mince the garlic.

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente (usually about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the Seasonal Vegetables
Add the chopped zucchini and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.

Add Spinach and Tomatoes
Add the cherry tomatoes and spinach to the skillet. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the spinach wilts and the tomatoes are slightly softened.
Combine

Mix with Pasta
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the vegetables. Toss everything together to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving. Serve warm and enjoy!
