Assemble the Sandwich
Take 4 slices of brioche bread, and on each slice, layer a slice of country ham and a slice of brie cheese. Top with the remaining brioche slices to form sandwiches.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.

Cook the Sandwiches
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds on each side. Place the soaked sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining sandwiches, adding more butter as needed.
