Juice Preparation
If using fresh oranges, juice them to obtain 1 cup of fresh orange juice. If using pre-packaged juices, ensure they are chilled for the best flavor.

Chilling the Wine
Chill the Champagne or sparkling wine in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving for optimal taste.
Mixing

Combine Juices
In a large pitcher, combine 1 cup each of fresh orange juice, cranberry juice, grapefruit juice, and pineapple juice. Stir gently to mix.

Pouring the Mimosas
Fill each glass halfway with the juice mixture, then top with chilled Champagne or sparkling wine. The ratio can be adjusted to personal preference.
