Juice Preparation

Prepare Blood Orange Juice
Squeeze fresh blood oranges until you have 6 oz of juice, or use store-bought blood orange juice.

Prepare Black Cherry Juice
If using fresh black cherries, pit and blend them until smooth, then strain to get 6 oz of juice. Alternatively, use store-bought black cherry juice.

Prepare Pineapple Juice
Blend fresh pineapple chunks and strain to get 6 oz of juice, or use store-bought pineapple juice.

Prepare Grapefruit Juice
Squeeze fresh grapefruits until you have 6 oz of juice, or use store-bought grapefruit juice.
Mimosa Assembly

Combine Juices and Sparkling Wine
In a large pitcher, combine the prepared juices: blood orange, black cherry, pineapple, and grapefruit.

Fill Glasses
Pour 3 oz of the juice mixture into four 6 oz champagne flutes.

Add a slice of blood orange to the blood orange mimosa, a black cherry to the black cherry mimosa, a pineapple wedge to the pineapple mimosa, and a grapefruit wedge to the grapefruit mimosa.
