Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- 3
Cut in Butter
Add the unsalted butter to the dry ingredients and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to blend until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Prepare the Strawberries
Wash and hull the fresh strawberries, then chop them into small pieces.

- 10
Cool and Store
Remove from heat and let the jam cool before transferring it to a clean jar for storage.
Butter Directions
- 11
Mix Butter and Honey
In a small bowl, blend the unsalted butter and honey together until smooth and creamy.
- 12
Chill
Transfer the mixture to a small container and chill in the refrigerator until firm.
