Prepare the Berries
In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. If desired, sprinkle with a little sugar and let them sit for about 10 minutes to macerate.

Mix the Base
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Everleaf Forest Non-Alcoholic Aperitif, Feragaia Non-Alcoholic Spirit, and optional simple syrup. Add ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture.

Combine Ingredients
Fill a large glass or wine glass with the macerated berries, including their juices. Strain the shaken mixture over the berries.

Top with Sparkling Cabernet
Carefully pour the Sparkling Cabernet over the mixture to fill the glass. Stir gently to combine, being careful not to crush the berries.

Garnish the drink with fresh mint leaves and a sprinkle of lemon zest on top for added aroma and flavor.
