Brew Espresso
Using an espresso machine, brew 2 shots of espresso into a pre-warmed cup or glass.

Steam Milk
Pour 6 oz of milk into a steaming pitcher and steam it using a steam wand until it reaches a temperature of about 150°F (65°C) and has a velvety microfoam texture.

Slowly pour the steamed milk over the brewed espresso, holding back the foam with a spoon to create a smooth layer of milk on top. Once the milk is poured, spoon a small amount of foam on top.
