Preparation of Tea Base

Boil Water
In a saucepan, bring 500 ml of water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Steep Tea
Once the water reaches a boil, remove it from heat and add 2 tablespoons of Dragonwell tea leaves. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes.

Strain Tea
After steeping, strain the tea leaves using a fine mesh strainer or tea infuser into a heatproof container. Set aside to cool.
Combining Ingredients

Prepare Apricot
While the tea is cooling, take one fresh apricot, pit it, and dice the flesh into small pieces.

Mix Ingredients
Add the diced apricot and the cooled Dragonwell tea to the mixing glass with the muddled mint. Stir the mixture gently.

Add Black Pepper
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper into the mixture and stir well to combine all the flavors.
Serving

Serve the Punch
Pour the Dragon Punch II into serving glasses. Optionally, garnish with a sprig of fresh mint or a slice of apricot.
