Cake Preparation

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.

    In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.

    In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add milk, melted unsalted butter, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Mix well until combined.

    Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
