Wings
House-made Sauce
Method
Wings Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This ensures that the wings cook evenly and become crispy.
- 2
Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss them until the wings are evenly coated.
- 3
Place on Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the sheet, ensuring they are not touching each other.
- 4
Bake the Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
House-made Sauce Preparation
- 5
Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter gently to avoid burning.
- 6
Combine Ingredients
Once the butter is melted, add hot sauce, honey, garlic powder, and apple cider vinegar. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- 7
Simmer the Sauce
Allow the sauce to simmer gently for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Taste and add salt as desired.
- 8
Toss Wings in Sauce
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the sauce over the hot wings and toss until they are fully coated.
