Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This will ensure that your dip gets hot and bubbly.
- 2
Mix the Base Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cooked chicken, and buffalo sauce. Use a hand mixer or a fork to blend them until the mixture is smooth and well incorporated.
- 3
Add Additional Ingredients
Stir in the ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, and half of the chopped green onions into the mixture. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.
Baking
- 4
Transfer to Baking Dish
Pour the mixture into a baking dish (approximately 8x8 inches) and spread it out evenly.
- 5
Bake the Dip
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly. The edges should start to slightly brown.
Serving
- 6
Garnish and Serve
Remove the dip from the oven and sprinkle the remaining chopped green onions on top. Serve hot with tortilla chips for dipping.
