In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded brisket with BBQ sauce and mix well until coated.
Assemble the Nachos

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 5
On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer.
- 6
Evenly distribute the BBQ brisket mixture over the tortilla chips.
- 7
Sprinkle shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses generously over the top.
- 8
Add jalapeños and green onions on top of the cheese.
Bake the Nachos
- 9
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 10
Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute.
Serve

Top the nachos with dollops of sour cream and sprinkle with fresh cilantro before serving.
