Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a large bowl.
- 2
Season the Cauliflower
Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower florets. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, then toss to coat evenly.
- 3
Roast the Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
- 4
Toss in Buffalo Sauce
Remove the roasted cauliflower from the oven and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the hot cauliflower and toss until well coated.
- 5
Serve with Gorgonzola and Ranch
Plate the buffalo cauliflower and sprinkle with crumbled Gorgonzola cheese. Serve with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
