Ribs Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).

Prepare the Ribs
Remove the membrane from the back of the pork ribs. Rinse and pat dry.

Season the Ribs
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture thoroughly over both sides of the ribs.

Wrap and Bake
Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours.

Glaze with Sauce
Remove the ribs from the oven, unwrap them, and brush them generously with Carolina barbecue sauce. Return to the oven for an additional 30 minutes to caramelize.
