Preparation

Prepare the Espresso
Brew a shot of fresh espresso and allow it to cool slightly.

Slice the Chile Pepper
Take a fresh red chile pepper, slice it in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds if you prefer less heat.
Mixing

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Wheatley Vodka, 1 oz of Coole Swan Irish cream, and 1 oz of the freshly brewed espresso.

Add Chile Pepper
Add a few slices of the prepared red chile pepper to the shaker for added flavor.
Shaking

Shake the Mixture
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Serving

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass and garnish with 3 coffee beans on top.
