Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven or grill

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) if baking. If grilling, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. 2

    Prepare the lobster tails

Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise, exposing the meat. Make sure not to cut all the way through.

  3. 3

    Season the lobster

In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Bake the lobster tails

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and the shells are bright red.

  2. 5

    Grill the lobster tails

If grilling, place the lobster tails directly on the grill, shell side down. Grill for about 10-12 minutes, basting with the butter mixture occasionally, until the meat is opaque.

  3. 6

    Garnish and serve

Once cooked, remove the lobster tails from the oven or grill, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
