Sweet Potato Fries
Method
Prepare the Sweet Potato Fries

Preheat and Cut
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into thin fries.

Season and Bake
In a bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread them out in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until crisp and golden.
Prepare the Burger

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.

Add Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.

Assemble the Burger

Finish and Serve
Top with the other half of the bun, serve with sweet potato fries on the side, and enjoy!
