Set Up Breading Station
In three separate shallow dishes, place the flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
- 3
Bread the Burrata
Dredge each piece of burrata in flour, dip it into the eggs, and then coat it with breadcrumbs. Ensure even coverage.
- 4
Fry the Burrata
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Once hot, gently add the breaded burrata and fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
