Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half lengthwise.

  2. 2

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. 3

    Mix with Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.

Cook Brussels Sprouts

  1. 4

    Spread on Baking Sheet

Spread the coated Brussels sprouts evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. 5

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.

Prepare Spiced Pecans

  1. 6

    Mix Ingredients

In a small bowl, mix the pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and olive oil until the pecans are well coated.

  2. 7

    Spread on Baking Sheet

Spread the spiced pecans on another baking sheet lined with parchment.

  3. 8

Cook Bacon and Assemble

  1. 9

    Cook Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Once cooled, crumble the bacon.

  2. 10

    Assemble the Dish

In a large serving bowl, combine the roasted Brussels sprouts, spiced pecans, crumbled bacon, and crumbled goat cheese. Toss gently to combine.
