Method

Preparing the Steak

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribeye

Take the ribeye steak out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Preheat your grill to high heat.

  2. 2

    Season the Steak

Rub the steak with olive oil, then season generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and fresh rosemary on both sides.

  3. 3

    Grill the Steak

Place the steak on the hot grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side for medium-rare. Flip the steak and grill for an additional 4-5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for about 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Preparing the Sides

  1. 5

    Cook the Asparagus

Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill or roast them for about 8-10 minutes until tender.

  2. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly before serving.

  3. 7

    Make the Salad

Combine mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber in a bowl. Toss with the salad dressing made from olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.

  4. 8

    Prepare the Bread

Toast or grill the slices of bread until golden brown.
